Cookie Policy

Which cookies this website uses, what they are for and how to manage them from your browser.

Last updated · 10 October 2026 (language rev.)

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser or on your device when you visit it. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — preferences, session, language — and to understand, on an aggregated basis, how the site is used.

In addition to cookies, this website may use similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage or tracking pixels). In this policy we refer to all of them collectively as “cookies”.

2. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These enable the website to function properly: session management, load balancing, bot mitigation and fraud prevention. They do not require the user’s consent because they are essential for providing the service requested.

Preference cookies

These remember choices you make, such as the theme (light / dark), in order to improve your experience between visits. The preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and remains there until you delete it manually.

Analytics cookies

These allow us to understand, on an aggregated and anonymous basis, how the website is used: most visited pages, time spent on the site and browsing flows. We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 in “denied by default” mode: the _ga and _ga_*cookies are only set if you accept the “Analytics” category in the cookie banner. If you reject it, GA4 may receive aggregated and anonymous signals (without identifiers or the full IP address) for statistical modelling, but it does not set any cookies in your browser.

Google Analytics is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (the controller in the EEA). Data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, Google being certified under the DPF.

Third-party cookies

Some features of the website are provided through third-party services that may set their own cookies. The third parties active today are:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting platform. It may set technical cookies for load balancing, performance metrics and abuse prevention.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — security proxy and DNS management for the domain. It sets technical cookies to identify automated traffic and to allow access to legitimate users.
  • Cal.com, Inc. — booking system embedded at /reservar. When you interact with the embedded calendar, Cal.com may set its own cookies to manage the session and the booking.

These third parties process data as controllers or processors, as applicable, and in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend that you consult them if you wish to know full details of the cookies each of them uses.

3. Details of the cookies we use today

The following list sets out the cookies and similar technologies that may be activated when browsing this website. If we add or remove any, we will update this list together with the revision date:

  • __cf_bm — Cloudflare. Identifies automated traffic in order to protect the website against malicious bots. Session cookie, lasting approximately 30 minutes.
  • cf_clearance — Cloudflare. Remembers that you have passed an anti-bot challenge, so that it is not presented to you again. Up to 30 days.
  • theme (local storage) — Shopiworks. Stores your theme preference (light or dark) between visits. It remains until you delete it manually from your browser.
  • NEXT_LOCALE — Shopiworks. Only set when you choose a language using the ES / EN selector in the menu, in order to show you the website in that language on your future visits. As it is an interface preference that you expressly request, it is exempt from consent. Lasts 1 year.
  • shopiworks_cookie_consent_v1 (local storage) — Shopiworks. Stores your decision on the cookie banner (which categories you accepted or rejected) together with the timestamp of your choice. It constitutes the proof of consent required by Article 7 GDPR. It remains until you delete it manually or until we materially update the categories, in which case we will ask you again.
  • Cal.com cookies — Cal.com, Inc. Only when you interact with the calendar embedded at /reservar, Cal.com sets its own session and preference cookies. Their duration depends on the specific cookie — see the Cal.com privacy policy for full details.
  • _ga — Google Analytics 4. Pseudonymously identifies visitors to the website in order to distinguish unique sessions. Set only if you accept “Analytics” in the cookie banner. Expires after 13 months. The associated data is kept in GA4 for 14 months, the maximum the tool allows.
  • _ga_HBTYKDF4QJ (and other cookies prefixed _ga_ followed by the property ID) — Google Analytics 4. Maintains the state of the measurement session and the cumulative duration of the visit. Set only if you accept “Analytics”. Up to 13 months.

This website does not currently use advertising or remarketing cookies, or social media pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Should we incorporate any in the future, we will update this policy and a new prompt will appear in the cookie banner so that you can decide.

4. How to manage cookies

The first time you visit the website we show you a banner so that you can accept, reject or customise cookies by category (strictly necessary, preferences, analytics and marketing). The optional categories are disabled by default: no tracker is loaded until you explicitly allow it. You can change that decision at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer, which reopens the same banner with your current settings.

In addition, you can accept, reject or delete cookies from your browser settings. Below are links to the help pages of the most common browsers:

Please note that if you reject strictly necessary cookies, some features of the website may not work properly.

5. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when we incorporate new tools, when regulatory requirements change or when the third-party services we use evolve. The date shown at the top of the page reflects the latest update in force.

6. Further information
